Refund Policy
All in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We aim to make refunds as straightforward as possible — if you are not satisfied, reach out to us directly and we will do our best to help.
1. How Purchases Work
Premium features in Taskaro are unlocked through in-app purchases made via Google Play. Google Play acts as the merchant of record and handles all payment processing, billing, and receipts. Taskaro does not store your payment information.
2. Refunds Within 48 Hours
If you purchased a premium feature within the last 48 hours and are not satisfied, you can request a refund directly through Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Purchases
- Find your Taskaro purchase and tap Request a refund
Google Play typically processes these requests within a few business days.
3. Refunds After 48 Hours
If more than 48 hours have passed since your purchase, Google Play's standard refund window may have closed. In this case, contact us directly at aliatwork364@gmail.com with your purchase details (order ID from your Google Play receipt) and a brief explanation. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
4. Subscriptions
If Taskaro offers subscription-based premium access, you can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play:
- Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Select Taskaro and tap Cancel subscription
Cancelling stops future billing. You retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. Partial-period refunds for subscriptions are not offered unless required by applicable law.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases where premium features have been substantially used
- Subscription periods already elapsed
- Purchases made more than 48 hours ago where no extenuating circumstances exist
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Use
6. Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a billing dispute that Google Play has not resolved, contact us at:

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy as new purchase types are introduced. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
